Bank ZENIT is appointed as the financial adviser of JSC «Check-Su.VK»
Bank ZENIT is appointed as the financial adviser of JSC «Check-Su.VK» on attraction of investments into development of Usinsky manganese field (Kemerovo region).
As the adviser, Bank ZENIT will realize a plan of action on creation of a transparent and effective corporate and financial management system in the company, as well as provide interaction of the company with investors interested in participation in the project.
JSC «Check-Su.VK» won an auction on sale of the rights for development of Usinsky manganese field in the Kemerovo region held on April 8, 2005. The license for development of the manganese field is given to the company for the period till June 1, 2025. Stocks of the manganese field - largest in Russia make 98,5 million tons at all-Russian stocks - 148,2 million tons.
The main shareholders of JSC «Check-Su.VK» is the group of individuals, co-owners of the holding «Urals Energy», which became shareholders of the Bank ZENIT this April, having carried out purchase of 26,75% stake in the Bank. They directly own 40% stake in JSC «Check-Su.VK». Other 60% stake are in property of the Russian investment company also controlled by co-owners of «Urals Energy».
