ZENIT's assets increased by 29% in 2005
Bank ZENIT assets increased by 29% in 2005 to RUR76.1 billion as of 1 January 2006.
The Bank's other key financial indicators also improved during the last year. Thus, the balance sheet profit increased by 12% to RUR1.6 billion while the amount of extended loans and discounted veksels increased by 40% to RUR36.4 billion. Loans to individuals exhibited the highest growth: 157% (up to RUR752 million). The Bank's capital showed a positive dynamics and exceeded RUR7.6 billion (a 10% growth). The sum of deposit and settlement accounts and own veksels increased by 24% in 2005 and amounted to RUR33.7 billion.
There was a significant growth of household deposits whose level increased by 59% to RUR7 billion.
