Total Assets of ZENIT - Devon-Credit Banking Group Exceeded RUR90 Billion in Q1
ZENIT - Devon-Credit Banking Group has started submitting consolidated quarterly statements to the Bank of Russia this year. The group was established last autumn when Tatneft sold over 90% of Devon-Credit shares to Bank ZENIT.
According to the consolidated statements, the group's total assets amounted to RUR93.040 billion by the end of the first quarter.
The group's equity was RUR8.853 billion as of 1 April.
The corporate loan portfolio was RUR37.567 billion.
Household deposits amounted to RUR11.811 billion.
It is expected that the banking group will further improve its ratings in Russia during the second quarter due to the additional issue of Bank ZENIT shares totalling RUR6 billion whose placement was completed on 17 April and registered on 5 May. As a result of the issue, ZENIT's equity has reached RUR10 billion.
