Bank ZENIT Starts Providing Consumer Loans of up to 1 Million US Dollars
Bank ZENIT now offers a new service to private clients: a consumer loan. The programme has attractive interest rates and no monthly fee for loan account administration. The Bank allows loan prepayment without any additional charges.
Consumer loan maturity may vary from 1 to 5 years and interest rates are from 15% p.a. for rouble-denominated loans and from 12% p.a. for loans in US dollars and euros. The maximum loan amount is 1,000,000 US dollars/euros, or 30,000,000 roubles. Decisions to provide loans shall be made by the Bank within five working days.
As to loan security, the Bank accepts guarantees from individuals and legal entities, as well as pledge of property owned both by the borrower and third parties (individuals and legal entities). When providing a loan, the Bank charges a one-off fee for loan account opening, and the size of the fee depends on the loan amount. If a borrower applies for a second loan, the Bank offers the borrower softer terms.
