Bank ZENIT Purchased 85% of Shares in Sochigazprombank
Pursuant to its Regional Development Strategy, Bank ZENIT purchased 85% of shares in Sochigazprombank from Gazprombank. The purchase is accounted for by ZENIT's interest the Krasnodar Krai.
For Bank ZENIT, Sochi is a national-level city with an attractive retail banking market, a dynamic segment of small and medium-sized businesses, and overall healthy prospects for socioeconomic development.
It is also important that Sochigazprombank has a branch in the city of Anapa. Bank ZENIT intends to develop the newly acquired bank in a comprehensive manner, enhance its resource base, and improve the technologies.
