Stock capital structure of Bank ZENIT has been changed

Haltmar Financial Ltd - the company, representing the interests of I.G. Avanesyan, the member of the Board of Directors of Bank ZENIT - completed the transaction on sale of its block of shares of OJSC Bank ZENIT, equal to 14,42%, to the company Silener Management Ltd., representing the interests of V.S. Lisin. Therefore, Haltmar Financial Ltd. exits from the shareholding structure of OJSC Bank ZENIT; herewith, I.G. Avanesyan keeps the position of the member of the Board of Directors of Bank ZENIT.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank ZENIT A.A. Sokolov explained that the entrance of the company, controlled by V.S. Lisin, to the shareholding structure of the Bank is "the logical continuation of partnership relations, successfully developing in the course of last 7 years". Besides, such changes in the shareholding structure "permit to diversify the structure of stock capital and give the new impulse to the business development", - A.A. Sokolov noticed. "I'm absolutely satisfied with overall efficiency and dynamics of key indexes of the Bank. As I stay the member of the Board of Directors, I intend to keep the high level relationship with Bank ZENIT", - underlined I.S. Avanesyan.

From 1996 - the member of the Board of Directors of OJSC 'Novolipetzky Metallurgical Complex', and from the 1998 - the Chairman of the Board of directors of NLMC.
