Bank ZENIT Paid Coupon On Issue II Bonds
Bank ZENIT paid coupon 4 on issue II bonds on February 18, 2008 (state registration number of issue 40203255B, issue date April 15, 2005). Coupon interest at a rate of 8.39% p.a. , or 42.06 rubles per bond, was paid to bondholders in relation to coupon period 4. The total amount of paid coupon income was equal to 84,120,000 rubles.
Bank ZENIT's 2 bn. ruble 3-year bond loan II was auctioned on MICEX Stock Exchange on February 14, 2006. The auction set the coupon rate at 8.39% p.a. for entire bond maturity period.
ZAO MICEX listed Bank ZENIT's bonds on the Organized State Securities Market on October 15, 2007. This listing allows bondholders to borrow from the Bank of Russia using Bank ZENIT's bonds as security in REPO transactions on ZAO MICEX' Organized State Securities Market.
On January 29, 2008, Bank ZENIT's bonds were included in A Level 1 Quotation List of ZAO MICEX SE.
Bank ZENIT is the arranger, underwriter and payment agent of its bonds.
