Bank ZENIT Management Board Built Up

Vladimir Padanin has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC Bank ZENIT. His prior occupation was Member of the Management Board in charge of the Bank's Branch Network Department. The Branch Network Department is now managed by its former Deputy Head, Andrey Lepyokhin.
Yevgeny Grishin has become Member of the Management Board and retained his position as Head of the Bank's Risk Management Department.
Alexey Rozoryonov has become Member of the Management Board and retained his position as Head of Retail Business Department.
Commenting on the reshuffle, Kirill Shpigun, Chairman of the Bank's Management Board, observed that the latest appointments pursue the strategy of on-going development of the Banking Group ZENIT. According to Kirill Shpigun, the Bank's "... top priority has always been the expansion of the Bank's branch network and augmenting our regional presence in Russia. Among the major multipliers of success is the development of our retail business. Furthermore, the operation of a full-service bank and the functional stability of its operations may only be ensured by a smoothly running risk management system".

Vladimir V. Padanin
Education: Nizhniy-Novgorod State Technical University.
Service record:
1996 through 1999: Nizhniy-Novgorod Branch of Joint-Stock Bank INCOMBANK, Head of Strategic Participations. 1999 through 2002: Nizhniy-Novgorod Branch of OJSC ALFA-BANK, shifting up from a lead economist towards Deputy Manager of the Branch. In September 2002 Mr. Padanin joined Bank ZENIT as Deputy Head of the Branches and Additional Offices Division of the Customer Relations Department.
Since December 2002 Mr. Padanin has been Deputy Head of the Regional Branch Network of the Customer Relations Department. In September 2003 he was transferred to the Nizhniy-Novgorod Branch of Bank ZENIT to perform as Branch Manager. In September 2004 Mr. Padanin was appointed Head of the Bank's Customer Relations Department. June 2006 was the month of his appointment as Head of the Branch Network Department and became Member of the Management Board of Bank ZENIT. Mr. Padanin has also been Deputy Chairman of the Bank's Management Board since July 2008.
Yevgeny L. Grishin
Education: Moscow Tsiolkovski Aircraft Technology Institute and the Department of Computer Mathematics and Cybernetics of Moscow Lomonosov State University.
Service record:
Mr. Grishin embarked on his banking career with National Credit in 1995. From late 1995 through 1998 he was employed at Commercial Bank GAGARINSKY.
In March 1998 Mr. Grishin was appointed Head of Risk Analysis and Risk Management Policy Department of Bank ZENIT. In 2001 he headed the Risk Management Division and in 2005 became Head of the Risk Management Department. In July 2008 Mr. Grishin became Member of the Bank ZENIT's Management Board.
Alexey V. Rozoryonov
Education: Moscow Institute for Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation.
Service record:
1998 through 2000 Mr. Rozoryonov was Head of Operations of the commercial bank MOST-BANK. Concurrently, he was a student of the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, majoring in credit and finance. In 2000 Mr. Rozoryonov was appointed Head of Payments of the commercial bank MASTER-BANK.
In July 2002 he joined Bank ZENIT as Deputy Head of the Retail Business Department. Within a year he became Head of the Bank's Retail Business. From July 2008 on Mr. Rozoryonov has been Member of the Management Board of Bank ZENIT.
Banking Group ZENIT was formed in 2005 as a result of the purchase by Bank ZENIT of a controlling stake in JSB Devon-Credit (OJSC). In 2007, the Banking Group acquired OJSC Lipetskkombank and JSB Sochigazprombank LLC (later renamed into Bank ZENIT Sochi). According to the consolidated statement of the Banking group for 2007, made in accordance with IFRS, the equity capital of the Banking group amounts to $738 mn, the assets amount to $6,645 bn. Banking Group ZENIT is represented in 21 of 83 regions of the Russian Federation; its own retail network consists of 150 points of sale. Bank ZENIT is currently rated Bа3/Stable by Moody's and B/Positive by Fitch. Being an active debt market player, Bank ZENIT arranged 8 international syndicated loans, 2 Eurobond issues (the debut issue was repurchased in 2006) and 5 ruble bond issues (the debut issue was repurchased in 2007).
