The NITOL Group has fulfilled the terms of the public offer and paid the third coupon income on the second series bonds
On June 17, 2008, the Limited Liability Company "NITOL Group" fulfilled the terms of the public irrevocable Offer and paid the income for the third coupon period on non-convertible documentary interest-bearing bonds payable to bearer, series 02, with mandatory centralized keeping (state registration number 4-02-36113-R of 26.10.2006).
The bond bearers received the coupon income for the third coupon period at the annual rate of 11.75%, amounting to 58.59 Rubles per Bond. The total sum of the paid coupon income was 128 898 000, 00 Rubles.
The fourth coupon income will be paid on December 16, 2008.
On June 17, 2008 the public irrevocable Offer of the Limited Liability Company "NITOL Group" was fulfilled. Within the framework of meeting the terms of the Offer, the Issuer bought out 1 919 553 Bonds at 99.5% of the nominal price. The total volume of the Bonds purchased on offer was sold back into the market. The Issuer published the next irrevocable offer to acquire Bonds by agreement with their holders at 99.5% of their nominal price and the date of performance on 17 March, 2009.
The bonds of this issue were placed at the Federal International Currency Exchange in open subscription on 19 December, 2006. The coupon rate set by the Issuer for the whole period of bonds circulation was 11.75% interest per annum.
