Bank ZENIT fulfilled its obligations under 02 series bond issue
Bank ZENIT repaid coupon for the last (sixths) coupon period and redeemed its ruble 02 series bonds. Non-convertible interest-bearing documentary on demand bonds with mandatory centralized depositing were registered on 15 April, 2005, issue state registration number - 40203255В.
3-year maturity bond issue with par value of RUR2,000,000,000 (two billion rubles) was placed at MICEX on 14 February, 2006. Gross coupon payments for six coupon periods amount to RUR504,720,000 (Five hundred and four million seven hundred twenty thousand rubles), obligations are discharged in full. Obligation to redeem bonds at nominal value in accordance with Decision on issuance and Prospectus are also discharged in full. Currently three bond issues of OJSC Bank ZENIT and one eurobond issue are in circulation. Documents on issues are available at www.zenit.ru.
