Bank ZENIT repaid syndicated loan
OJSC Bank ZENIT repaid on 26 May, 2009 the 1-year syndicated loan raised in May, 2008. The MLAs and bookrunners of the loan were: Bayerische Landesbank, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Erste Bank der oesterreichischen Sparkasse AG, Landesbank Berlin AG and Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG. The amount of the facility was US$218 mn. and paid Libor +1,45%.
The facility was used to finance export-import operations of Bank ZENIT clients.

Banking Group ZENIT was formed in 2005 as a result of the purchase by Bank ZENIT of a controlling stake in JSB Devon-Credit (OJSC).
