OJSC Bank ZENIT announces setting up of a syndicate to place its 06-series bonds. The syndicate was joined by MBRD, "NOMOS-BANK" (Open Joint-Stock Company), Joint-stock company "Russ-Bank", OJSC "Promsvyazbank", and Joint stock Company Commercial Bank "Center-invest" as co-organizers.
The main terms of the placement:
- volume - RUR3 bn;
- maturity - 5 years;
- coupon period - 3 months;
- put option - in 1 year;
- the placement date - 07 July, 2009.
