The Management Board is the Bank's collegial executive body that rules the Bank's daily operations. The Bank's Management Board is comprised of the Management Board Chairman, his deputies and other Board members.

The Management Board elaborates the Bank's business and financial policies; carries out executive and controlling functions, including coordination of the work of the Bank's structural units and branches; and takes decisions on key issues of the Bank's operations.


Members of the Management Board of OJSC Bank ZENIT

Kirill O. Shpigun
Mr. Shpigun was born in Moscow on January 21, 1970. In 1992 he graduated from the Moscow state university named after M.V. Lomonosov (department of óomputation mathematics and cybernetics) with a diploma in Applied mathematics. After graduation he worked at the Institute of applied mathematics named after M.V. Keldysh.
In 1994 he joined the Russian Federal Service for Foreign Currency and Export Control and rose from leading specialist to head of research department. At the same time he studied at the Institute of Advanced training in finance and economics of the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation (course of Banking).
From August 1997 to January 2002 he was head of the Foreign Currency Control Department of OJSC Bank ZENIT.
From January to July 2002 — a member of the Management Board.
In August 2002 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
In July 2005 he took up the post of Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC Bank ZENIT.

Rodion V. Gorovoy
Mr. Gorovoy was born in Irkutsk on November 10, 1966. In 1988 he graduated with honors from the Moscow state university named after M.V. Lomonosov (department of óomputation mathematics and cybernetics) with a diploma in Applied mathematics. From 1988 to 1994 he worked at the Institute of Control Sciences.
From March 1994 to September 1996 he held a number of positions at CJSC Deloitte & Touche CIS.
In October 1996 he became head of the Automation Department and later, of the Information Technologies Management of Bank ZENIT.
In August 2002 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC Bank ZENIT. In June 2010 he was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Bank ZENIT.

Tatiana P. Shishkina
Mrs. Shishkina was born in Moscow and graduated from the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages named after Maurice Thorez.
In August 1996 she became head of the Trade finance and credit Department of CJSC Bank ZENIT.
In July 1997 she was appointed head of the Clearing currencies operations Department of OJSC Bank ZENIT.
From June 2000 she became the Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board, from April 2001 - First Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of OJSC Bank ZENIT.

Elena V. Gornaya
Mrs. Gornaya was born in Moscow. She graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the MFA of the USSR with a diploma in International economic relations.
From August 1982 to June 1988 she was a foreign correspondent with the Foreign trade association Techsnabexport.
From April 1994 to October 1995 she was a chief economist at ALFA Bank, a commercial and innovation bank.
In October 1995 she joined Bank ZENIT as a chief specialist at the Trade finance and credit Department.
In March 1997 she was appointed head of export-import operations crediting Division at the Trade finance and credit Department of Bank ZENIT. In January 1998 she became head of the Trade finance and credit Department of OJSC Bank ZENIT. In August 2002 Mrs. Gornaya was appointed Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of OJSC Bank ZENIT.

Alexey D. Gribkov

Mr. Gribkov was born on October 10, 1974 in Moscow. In 1996, He graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in the World economy.
From 1996 to 1999, he worked in JSCB NEFTEKHIMBANK, where he rose from the Leading Officer of the Division of Trade Finance Transactions of the Lending and Investments Department to the Head of the Division of Trade Finance Transactions.
From 1999 to 2001, he was the Head of the Division of Export Finance Transactions of the Trade Finance Department of OJSC Bank ZENIT.
From 2001 to 2002 he was the Deputy Head of the Trade Finance Department.
From 2002 to 2003 he was the Deputy Head of the Corporate Finance Department.
From 2003 to 2006 hewas the Head of the Corporate Finance Department.
From 2006 to 2010 he was the Head of the Financial Consulting and International Projects Department.
In June 2010, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Bank ZENIT.

Yevgeny L. Grishin
Education: Moscow Tsiolkovski Aircraft Technology Institute and the Department of Computer Mathematics and Cybernetics of Moscow Lomonosov State University.
Service record:
Mr. Grishin embarked on his banking career with National Credit in 1995. From late 1995 through 1998 he was employed at Commercial Bank GAGARINSKY.
In March 1998 Mr. Grishin was appointed Head of Risk Analysis and Risk Management Policy Department of Bank ZENIT. In 2001 he headed the Risk Management Division and in 2005 became Head of the Risk Management Department. In July 2008 Mr. Grishin became Member of the Bank ZENIT's Management Board.

Victor A. Isakov
Mr. Isakov was born in the village of Cherskiy, Nizhny-Kolymsky region, Yakutia ASSR, on September 14, 1968. In 1991 he graduated with honors from the Moscow higher technical school named after N.E. Bauman as an electrical engineer with a diploma in Robotic systems and units. In 1998 he graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, and in 2007 from the Moscow state university named after M.V. Lomonosov.
From 1994 to 1997 he was employed at the Russian Federal Service for Foreign Currency and Export Control.
In 1997 he joined the Control and Analysis Division of the Foreign Currency Control Department of Bank ZENIT as a leading specialist. And in February 1998 he took charge of this Division.
In November 2001 he became head of the Financial Monitoring Service for Customer Operations. In July 2004 he was appointed head of the Cash Operations Department.
In June 2006 he became a member of the Management Board - head of the Cash Operations Department and later, of the Cash Operations Management of OJSC Bank ZENIT. In June 2010 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC Bank ZENIT.

Alexander A. Mnatsakanov
Mr. Mnatsakanov was born in Moscow on January 5, 1956. In 1977 he graduated from the Moscow Higher Military Command School named after Supreme Counsil of the RSFSR. In 1988 he graduated from the Military Academy of armored forces named after Marshall of the USSR R.Y. Malinovsky.
From 1973 to 1997 he served in the military forces of the Russian Federation.
In August 1999 he joined Bank ZENIT as an advisor to the Management Board.
In November 2003 he was appointed head of the Administrative Department of Bank ZENIT.
In July 2005 he became a member of the Management Board of OJSC Bank ZENIT. In June 2010 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC Bank ZENIT.

Vladimir V. Padanin
Mr. Padanin was born in the town of Irbit, Sverdlovsk region, on January 19, 1969. In 1995 he graduated from Nizhegorodsky State Technical University with a diploma in Radio electronics and technical cybernetics and another diploma in Economics and business administration.
From 1996 to 1999 he was head of the strategic participations group at the Nizhegorodski branch of OJSC Incombank.
From 1999 to 2002 he held a number of positions at the Nizhegorodski branch of OJSC Alfa-Bank where he rose from chief economist of the Credit Division to deputy branch Manager.
In September 2002 he joined Bank ZENIT as a deputy head of the Division for Operations with Branches and Additional Offices of the Customer Relations Department.
In December 2002 he was appointed a deputy head of the Regional Branch Network Division of the Customer Relations Department.
In September 2003 he was transferred to the «Nizhegorodsky» branch of OJSC  Bank ZENIT and became a branch Manager.
In September 2004 he took charge of the Customer Relations Department of Bank ZENIT.
In June 2006 he headed the Branch Network Management and joined the Management Board of OJSC Bank ZENIT. Mr. Padanin has also been Deputy Chairman of the Bank's Management Board since July 2008.

Stanislav S. Pashchenko
Mr. Pashchenko was born in Moscow on February 19, 1970. In 1993 he graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Food Production with a diploma in Mechanical engineering. In 1999 he graduated from the All-Russian Distance Institute of Finance and Economics with a diploma in Finance and credit.
From 1997 to 1999 he held a variety of positions at JSC TORIBANK, United Export/Import Bank, and CJSC ROSBANK.
In April 1999 he was appointed head of the Customer Relations Department, and in April 2000, head of the Customer Relations Management of OJSC Bank ZENIT.
In October of 2003 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC Bank ZENIT.

Alexey V. Rozoryonov
Education: Moscow Institute for Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation.
Service record:
1998 through 2000 Mr. Rozoryonov was Head of Operations of the commercial bank MOST-BANK. Concurrently, he was a student of the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, majoring in credit and finance. In 2000 Mr. Rozoryonov was appointed Head of Payments of the commercial bank MASTER-BANK.
In July 2002 he joined Bank ZENIT as Deputy Head of the Retail Business Department. Within a year he became Head of the Bank's Retail Business. From July 2008 on Mr. Rozoryonov has been Member of the Management Board of Bank ZENIT. In June 2010 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC Bank ZENIT.

Vyacheslav P. Fyodorov
Mr.Fyodorov was born in the town of Vyshny Volochek, Kalinin region, on January 14, 1966. In 1990 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Chemical Engineering as an automation engineer with a diploma in Automation and comprehensive mechanisation of chemical and technological processes. In 1996 he graduated from the Institute of World Economy and Informatisation with a diploma in Finance and credit. In 2002 he passed a professional retraining course as a Director in economy and finance at the Institute of business administration of the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. In 2003 he defended a thesis at the Institute of economy of the Russian Academy of Sciences and became Ph.D. in economy.
From 1991 to 2001 he held leading positions at different financial and investment companies and banks.
In recent years he has been Chairman and member of the Boards of directors of a number of large organisations. He is Chairman of the Private pension fund «Social development». At the same time he is a member of the Board of directors of OJSC «Altai-koks» and of the Board of directors of OJSC «Seaport St.-Petersburg».
Since October 2001 he has been a member of the Management Board of OJSC Bank ZENIT. From June 2002 he became a member of the Board of directors of OJSC Bank ZENIT. In June 2010 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC Bank ZENIT.

Olga E. Shcherbakova
Ms. Shcherbakova was born on January 28, 1964. In 1986 she graduated from All-Union Extra-mural Law Institute (Moscow State Academy named after O. Kutafin) in the specialty "Jurisprudence", has a degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences.
After graduation she worked in judicial system, from 1989 to 1992- a senior consultant at the division of generalization of jurisprudence of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR.
Since 1992, she has joined the banking system.
From 1992 to 1994 - head of Legal Division in the Commercial Bank "Care". From 1994 to 2001 she was employed with the Commercial Bank "Most-Bank", where she started her career as a senior legal adviser and finished as head of Legal Directorate.
In December 2001, she started working at OJSC Bank ZENIT as chief of Legal Directorate, from January 2008 - head of Legal Department.
In February 2011 was awarded the highest legal prize "Themis" for 2010 in the category "Legal Service".
In April 2011 she was appointed Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of OJSC Bank ZENIT.
