Bank ZENIT draws up its financial statements in accordance with both Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) and International Financial Reporting Strandards (IFRS). The decision in principle to draw up financial statements in accordance with international standards was made soon after the establishment of the Bank.
Financial statements drawn up by Bank ZENIT are certified by independent auditors. Currently the Bank's IFRS statements are certified by CJSC Deloitte and Touche CIS, RAS statements - by Energy Consulting company.
